1. How often do you do laundry? It is usually two loads, one day a week.
2. What's in a typical wash load? One load of Whites (undies and socks) and a load of Color (everything else).
3. Front or top loader? Powder or liquid detergent? Top Load, coin-op washer. Liquid Tide does the trick for me.
We have a top loading machine right now (maybe someday when we're stinking rich we'll have a front loading one) and use store brand powder detergent.
4. Do you use fabric softener in the rinse cycle? No, it is a result of apartment living. If I had my own washer and dryer I would think about it.
5. Dryer or clothesline? Dryer for Whites and towels, Drying Rack for everything else.
