In the past couple of weeks there have been five mass shootings, including yesterday in
Binghamton New York. There is something about having a whole bunch of these shootings right in a row that make me think about the end of the world. If I was writing a novel about the end of the world, there would be a new mass shooting everyday in the news. The idea would be that the people doing these things are somehow more in touch with the world coming apart. It is like people who are breaking down are connected to the end of the world. I just hope this is just a fictional idea and not what is really happening.
